              DHURANDAR TWO REVENGE - 839  The eagerly awaited release of Dhurandar 2 , THE REVENGE was slated for  19 th March 2026 . This being the Gudi Padwa , Ugadi , and Eid was sure to attract attention across the World . The wide publicity and the all  time record breaking Box Office Collection that it  had managed as the highest grossing All Time  Indian Movie added an extra bit of  glamour  to it . My own experience of watching the Movie's  First Part at Ajax in Toronto , Canada is covered in my blog in Blue . We are now at Regina in Canada some 2700 KMS away from Ajax . I had mentioned in passing to my Daughter Anoo even before I had left Ajax for Regina that it would be nice if we could watch Dhurandar 2 THE REVENGE in Regina as I liked the part one very much .   AMBAI PERIA KOVIL KUMBHABHISHEKAM  Here we are , some 13500 KMS away from Ambasamudram Peria Kovil which have the KASINATHAR AND MARAGATHAMBAAL as the presiding Deities . This Temple is right on the Banks of the Tambarabarani river and at a very scenic and Picturesque location . The talks , discussions , ways and means to build a GOPURAM for this August Temple had been going on for years . Ways and means were found to fund this mammoth task which could easily run into several Crores . Humble contributions from one and all and sizeable contributions by from the Well to do with a noble Heart made this possible .         WHO ARE THEY TRYING TO FOOL  What does a cursory glance at the picture below suggest ?  The elite members of the Party High command are engaged in a serious discussion to find ways and means to stop the entry of the Fascist NDA/ BJP with the AIADMK in tow to set their foot in the DRAVIDA Tamilnadu in the upcoming Assembly Elections which is just around the corner . That they were all for giving the youth and younger members a say in the Party's Decision Making firmament seems to have been conveniently forgotten . POOVANNAN, PONNUTHAYI,PAASIYUR -835

    ANSWER IS WITH THE UNITED NATIONS  This is a story about the fisherman Poovannan who was staying with his aged Grandmother Ponnuthayi at the small fishing hamlet of Paasiyur in rural Pandiyanadu.  This coastal village is just 80 KMS from my own place Agasthiarpatty . Ponnuthayi had a serious wound on her leg which refused to heal inspite of all the efforts of Poovannan. The wound seemed to be gathering puss and spreading with each passing day . Total limb amputation if left untreated soon was an unpleasant possibility. This was when he consented to listen to his best friend Kadir and approach Mayan , the self styled local village Quack . The Quack Mayan was quick to offer a solution . Washing the wound with a bucket of Seawater for a fortnight three times a day would surely heal the wound completely.
