This is the view from the top of the CN Towers in Downtown , Toronto . This is also  supposedly  the 4 th Tallest Man Made Tower in the World .The height is 550 Mts . The Glass Covered Capsule Elevator takes you to the top in less than a Minute to reach the top at a Gravity Defying 15 Kmph . It is almost like an Astronaut on a vertical lift off ,though at a much lower speed . 

The climb itself is sure to bring the jitters in ones stomach and the view from very top is spine chilling . 

The highlight ofcourse is the gaze from the absolutely Transparent GLASS BOTTOM FLOOR at the top . It does require a lot of courage to walk on the Highly Reinforced ,  Absolutely Transparent  Glass Floor and look down at 550 Mts of nothing below you . 

It gives one  a feel of walking in thin air and the Cars and Airplanes in the Island Airport Looking as Small as ants or bees .

 You can get a better feel of the enormity of the place if you just Zoom the pictures .




This is a sure item in everyone's list of places to visit in Toronto , the fourth Largest City in North America .

 AYODHYA YAATRA  DAY - ONE     Sundar Holiday Travels  As instructed  by Mr Ashok of Sunder Travels , we were dot on time at 9.00 thanks primarily due to smooth flow of traffic from Vadapalani to the Chennai  Airport .  Other Yatrees also slowly trooped in . Ashok seemed to have his way with the Indigo Airways . Group Check in saved us a lot of time . Ayodhya Yaatraa Day -3 - 704

                  Ayodhya Yatra - Day 3  The highlight of the day was to be the Holy Dip in the Triveni Sangamam .  For the uninformed Triveni Sangamam is the place where the Three Rivers Ganga Yamuna and Saraswathy converge into one . It is the place where Veni Daanam is given after a bath in the River .  The 20 Minute Boat Ride takes you to this place of convergence of these three rivers . The Boatmen help you to take a dip in the water . Old set of clothes are discarded symbolising the discarding of everything bad and the start of a new fresh life .  Ganga is slightly murky while the Yamuna is clearer , Saraswathy is Antervaahini and it converges under water .  The Dhambadhi Pooja after the Dip in the Holy Waters  was performed with all the diligence that the occasion demands .  VAIKOM VISIT - IN GODS OWN                     COUNTRY  Kerala has always been my favourite place of visit over the years . Its cleanliness , its greenery,  waterways , not to forget its spirituality and beautiful people in more ways than one  have always held  a special attraction for  me . We , that is me and my Better Half have visited Kerala before  and visited many of  its  Temples and Tourist Attractions.  One place missing in this list has been the Viakom  Sri Mahadeva Temple . We decided to embark  on  a visit to this place and Mami was spot on to point out that there was a direct Train from Ambasamudram to Vaikom Road by the 16792 Palaruvi Express starting from ASD at 11.57 PM and reaching Vaikom Road Station at 7.30 Am the next morning .
