WHEN THE UNEXPECTED SUDDENLY HAPPEN

We have all come across situations or been part of an experience which defy logic . The sheer magnitude and surprise of the event even as it unfolds goes on to linger for the rest of your  life .

Meeting Friends or Relatives at places in which you least expect to meet them  or bump into them lingers for a very long time after the event .

1 ) The year was 2010 and we were in a Car in Bangalore Distributing Wedding Invitations for my Son's Marriage when I suddenly notice my very dear Friend Japan Balu on the footpath adjacent to the road . Words fail to describe the emotions that this brought forth . He was on his way to work and his Boss was none other than our Weaving Manager E S Shankar.  We all met ESS Sir in his office and exchanged notes on our glorious past and the future ahead of us .

2 ) The place is the very same Bangalore and I am in an AC Bus Route 500 C from Banashankari to Kadugodi when i find myself seated next to Krishnamurthy , my colleague in the Madura Coats and a Colony Colleague at VK Puram for very many years .

3 ) This one takes the Cake .  The year is 2018 and I was in Toronto in Canada where my Son's family had just settled in . We were  at The Sringery Bharati Vidya Foundation Temple . My Niece whom I had planned to visit later in Toronto and whose exact whereabouts  , I was not fully aware of except to know that she stayed  at a place called MISSISSAUGA in Toronto .
A peek into the Net will let you know that Toronto is the 4 th largest city in the Entire North American Continent after New York , Los Angeles and Chicago

 Whom do I find in the Sacred Most Part of the Temple ,
 -  My Niece and the  shriek and the welcome that she  accorded us was out of this world . It was really  - A One Big Surprise .

4 ) The last one is my meeting with Varijendra Verma , My Mumbai Sasmira Classmate . A chance meeting took place between the two of us as we were both in Chennai on a particular day due to our personal engagement . One from Chappra in Bihar was meeting the other from near Ravanasamudram in Tamilnadu and reliving the College Days of Mumbai . By It was a meeting between the  two of us after nearly 50 years . 

SOMETHINGS AS THEY SAY ARE DESTINED TO     
                                  HAPPEN

    True. Such experiences do happen. In 2000, I traveled to many places, among them, Veracruz in Mexico. I was there three weeks with no Indian food to eat and no Indian to talk to. Suddenly I saw two boys one from Goa and one from Tuticorin. They were sailors on a Thai flag ship. They took me to their ship and who was their 2nd engineer? You will remember Milind from our colony. His brother in law, Hematite Chitnis !

 AYODHYA YAATRA  DAY - ONE     Sundar Holiday Travels  As instructed  by Mr Ashok of Sunder Travels , we were dot on time at 9.00 thanks primarily due to smooth flow of traffic from Vadapalani to the Chennai  Airport .  Other Yatrees also slowly trooped in . Ayodhya Yaatraa Day -3 - 704

                  Ayodhya Yatra - Day 3  The highlight of the day was to be the Holy Dip in the Triveni Sangamam .  For the uninformed Triveni Sangamam is the place where the Three Rivers Ganga Yamuna and Saraswathy converge into one . It is the place where Veni Daanam is given after a bath in the River .  The 20 Minute Boat Ride takes you to this place of convergence of these three rivers . The Boatmen help you to take a dip in the water . Old set of clothes are discarded symbolising the discarding of everything bad and the start of a new fresh life .  Ganga is slightly murky while the Yamuna is clearer , Saraswathy is Antervaahini and it converges under water .  The Dhambadhi Pooja after the Dip in the Holy Waters  was performed with all the diligence that the occasion demands .  VAIKOM VISIT - IN GODS OWN                     COUNTRY  Kerala has always been my favourite place of visit over the years . Its cleanliness , its greenery,  waterways , not to forget its spirituality and beautiful people in more ways than one  have always held  a special attraction for  me . We , that is me and my Better Half have visited Kerala before  and visited many of  its  Temples and Tourist Attractions.  One place missing in this list has been the Viakom  Sri Mahadeva Temple . We decided to embark  on  a visit to this place and Mami was spot on to point out that there was a direct Train from Ambasamudram to Vaikom Road by the 16792 Palaruvi Express starting from ASD at 11.57 PM and reaching Vaikom Road Station at 7.30 Am the next morning .
