        DRIVE IN - RIDE IN VACCINATION 

I am sure many in the knowhow will be aware of the DRIVE IN TAKEAWAYS that are almost a way of life during these Covid 19 lockdown days . 

For the uninformed , you order food and make the payment online and collect your food as you drive to the collecting point in your car . At no point do you ever step out of your car .

I have had pleasant experience of the same in Canada  , be it the McDonalds or at Starbucks Coffee .

Now comes the interesting part , my daughter sent me a picture of her taking a shot of the Pfizer Vaccine that she took at a Drive In Facility at Regina in Canada.  She just had to roll down the window at the designated place and the shot was given and drove home after a mandatory wait of 15 Minutes at a safe place .

 Now , I believe this has also been started in India in the Metro City but it is the rural pockets  that has set me thinking . Not everyone in India's  rural places have  a car but quite a large proportion do have a 2 wheeler to commute . School Playgrounds , Stadiums , Petrol Filling Stations and with The  Railways hardly running at full capacities , the Railway Platforms with a few  slight modifications 

 could be effectively used for this purpose .

 Only the NET facility has to be ensured to verify the Aadhar or Pancard Details to facilitate sending the Certificates of completed VACCINATIONS .

Long unpleasant wait with no chairs and under the scorching Sun could be made a lot more comfortable and pleasant.
