 VISIT TO KALA'S PLACE AT 

              MISSISSAUGA 

We were almost at the fag end of our 2022  Visit to Canada . It was the 4th of Oct and my return to India was Scheduled on the 11 th of Oct 2022 . My niece Kala had invited us to her newly bought  home at MISSISSAUGA which also combined with a visit to the Hindu Heritage Temple close to her place .




Kala's apartment almost at the very top of the huge complex gave it a true  feel of a Pent House , with bright sunshine all around and a cool breeze to go with it . Looking down the window was an awesome experience with skyscrapers all around and tiny looking vehicles meandering on the road far far below.  Paneer Bread Pakoda done , we headed to the Hindu Heritage Temple .

The best part was yet to come . We were able to make Kala agree to make a visit Down South during her forthcoming visit to India during the last Week of Nov 22 for her college aluminais meet . A visit to Sankarankovil , Papanasam Temple, Sorimuthu Ayyanar Temple , Tirumalai Kovil , Tenkasi Temple Visit and lastly Visit to our Dear Village Ravanasamudram was included in the itenary for her visit.

Our own visit to The attendance at the Hindu Heritage Temple at MISSISSAUGA came as a even  bigger  surprise . More surprising because of the  presence of the Mayor of MISSISSAUGA ,  a White Lady who graced the occasion and Wished Everyone assembled the Very Best . The Rituals , Pomp and Show with the Devine Music all around was awesome. All in all a very fruitful visit in more ways than one .

US VISIT 3 - SURPRISE PACKAGE - 777

         SURPRISE PACKAGE      VISIT TO NEW VRINDABAN  Our plan was to head for our home in Ajax after Breakfast as it was almost an Eight hour drive back home with  a number of Pitstops in between .   Sathya and Vandana gave us ( Revathy and Myself ) a pleasant Surprise by informing us that we were heading for NEW VRINDABAN instead  in the neighboring State of WEST VIRGINIA  . New VRINDABAN is the US Headquarters of the Popular  HARE KRISHNA OR ISKON Community in the US and the final resting place of their founder or PRABHUPADA . The Krishna Temple ; Palace of Gold ; Rose Garden ; Goshala ; Peacock Mount is very Scenic ; People from all over the World Visit this place in large numbers and stay here for a few days for enchantment and to be with  MOTHER NATURE at its very Best .  The travel time involved was just 60 Minutes of Extra Time from our place of stay but the last 20 Minutes of travel involved coveri...

NAVARATHRI GOLU 2025 - AJAX - 795

                    NAVARATHRI 2025   --  AJAX  We are at my Son and Daughter In Law’s place at Ajax in Canada this year for the Navarathri Festival . It is  a festival which has the Ladies garnering all the limelight during the Nine Day Festival with THE GOLU as the highlight . The men in the house have to get down the Cartons from the attic with the neatly packed idols of last year stored there with utmost care . Cleaning and dusting the same takes some doing . Getting the 5 or 7 Deck GOLU PADI is a big task in itself . Haarish , my son is good with his hands which includes the Carpentry work also .
