              WHO WAS THAT PUSHPA ?

                      யார் அந்த புஷ்பா ? 

                      वो पुष्पा असली में कौन थी ?

 The courtroom at Ambasamudram Magistrates Court where the Divorce case of Pushpa was being heard was getting tense by  each passing minute

Lawyer : _What is your name_?

Woman : _people call me as Pushpa Sir

Lawyer : _Why do you want to Divorce your Husband_?

Woman : _It is a rather delicate matter Sir , my Husband keeps repeating the name of our Housemaid even in his sleep_

Lawyer : _What is the name of your Housemaid_?

Woman : _It May sound strange Sir  , but her name also happens to be Pushpa_.

Lawyer : _It does seem really strange , both of you have your name as Pushpa . How can you be so sure that your Husband was not referring to you but to your Housemaid in his sleep_

Woman : _Now how do I go about telling this Sir in the open Courtroom . He can't dare to call me by my first name PUSHPA even when he is wide awake , how can he dare to do so even in his sleep ? 

JUDGE : LET THE HOUSEMAID BE PRESENT IN THE COURT FOR QUESTIONING.

Lawyer : _What is your name_? आप का नाम क्या है ?

Housemaid : _Sirji , मुझे सब लोग पुष्पा कह कर पुकारते हैं  , people call me as Pushpa Sir  ,

Lawyer : _Can you say with conviction that KUMAR , the house owner was only referring to you when he utters the name of Pushpa in his sleep_,  

क्या आप यकीन के साथ कह सकते हैं कि आपके मालिक कुमार साहिब आप का ही जिक्र कर रहे थे जब वो अपनी नींद में पुष्पा कह कर पुकारते थे?

Housemaid : How can I say that Sir , I don't know what this word DARLING means , but he used to always call me that whenever he needed my services .

साहिब जी , ये कैसे हो सकता है, ना जाने ये darling क्या चीज़ होती है , कुमार साहिब को जब भी मेरी जरूरत पड़े तो मुझे darling कह कर ही पुकारते थे 

JUDGE : SINCE NO FIRM DECISION CAN BE TAKEN BY THE STATEMENTS PRESENTED BY THE WITNESSES , I AM POSTING THE CASE FOR THE NEXT HEARING AFTER 10 DAYS . 

Woman and the Housemaid : 

_will the learned Judge or anybody clarify as to who KUMAR was referring to when he was  uttering the name of Pushpa in his sleep or otherwise_
